Yes — the journey is designed as a complete and transformative experience over twelve weeks. Each session builds upon the last, gently guiding you through emotional, energetic, and spiritual alignment to help you prepare to welcome your baby.

One of the most powerful aspects of Bring Your Spirit Baby Home is the sacred container we create together. Walking this path alongside other women who truly get it brings deep healing, encouragement, and resonance.

That said, I understand that life happens. If you can’t attend every session live, you’ll receive the replays and still be fully supported through our WhatsApp group, 1:1 messaging, and shared practices.

You’ll receive support on multiple levels:

• Six live group sessions where we go deep into Spirit Baby connection, emotional clearing, and energetic alignment.

• A private WhatsApp group, where you can share what’s arising and receive guidance, encouragement, and community. I check in Monday through Friday.

• Direct access to me — through WhatsApp message or voice note, or email — for personal reflections, questions, or anything tender that comes up between sessions. I respond within 48 hours (and usually much sooner).

○ What if I've never meditated before?

 

That's not a problem, as long as you are open to trying it! All my meditations are guided, which means I provide you with exact instructions on what to do, and they also complement the module you are working through at the time. My past clients say the meditations are their favourite part of the program, so I'm sure you'll love them.

○ Can we follow the group coaching in replay?

 

To receive the full experience and energetic transmission of this journey, I highly recommend joining the 6 live group coaching calls — they’re where the magic of real-time connection, resonance, and transformation happens.

That said, I know life can be full. If you’re unable to attend live, you’ll still receive the replay in your inbox within 24 hours, so you won’t miss anything. You’ll also be supported through our WhatsApp group and have direct access to me via message or voice note if anything comes up in between sessions.

○ How many hours do I need to be ready to invest per week?

 

I know your time is precious — especially when you’re navigating fertility, work, emotions, and life. That’s why I’ve designed this program to feel spacious, supportive, and easeful, not overwhelming.

In our very first group session, we’ll explore how to create more space in your life. So if you currently feel like you have no time — I see you. And I’ll help you shift that.

That said, to receive the full benefit of the program, here’s what I recommend:

•  2 hours bi-weekly for our live group coaching calls (6 total)

•  30–60 minutes weekly to listen to the guided meditations and explore the homeplay practices

•  Optional time for journaling, integration, or sharing in the group chat

You get to choose how deeply you want to engage. Even with a gentle rhythm, you’ll begin to feel the shifts — in your energy, your beliefs, and your connection with your Spirit Baby.
